We would like to thank Nick and North West pianos for the quality service we received during our recent purchase.

Throughout, Nick demonstrated much patience with us as the piano was a surprise gift for our daughter so we were needing some guidance being a little out of our depth.

Nick was freely giving of his time and knowledge, respectful of our budgets in introducing all options available and at no time whatsoever made any attempt to pressure us even though we took up much time in the showroom. Our two visits were met with the same gentle ambience and professionalism. We felt instinctively this was the business for us to buy from. We were additionally impressed with the post sales service which further reinforced our confidence in buying from North West pianos. The delivery and siting of the piano was professionally handled throughout and with upmost care for the instrument. Nothing has been too much trouble and it has felt evident Nick genuinely has his customer's interests foremost.

Nick's pre-owned piano stock is all of very good quality instruments presented in immaculate condition. It has been a pleasure to do business with North West pianos. I just wanted to say how impressed we were when we visited your showroom. Having spent a lot of time searching the internet and visiting a number of piano shops, we found your shop to have a fantastic range and choice of pianos, all of which Nick was able to explain the differences from the starter pianos to the processional Yamaha and Kawai models. At no point did we feel pressured to make our decision, in fact quite the opposite which was really nice. I would highly recommend The North West Piano Centre to anyone looking to purchase a piano. If you are looking for a good piano at an acceptable price I would recommend you go there. There will be no sales pressure whatsoever, but what you will experience will be a most courteous, friendly and helpful response to your enquiries and a genuine willingness to supply what you want if at all possible. If you do make a purchase you will not fail to be greatly impressed by the skill and expertise of Nick Fitzpatrick and his assistant when they deliver the instrument to your home. Dear Nick,

We are the proud new owners of a refurbished Yamaha UX5 piano which was efficiently and carefully delivered by Nick and Bernard last week. It is such a beautiful instrument and has really brought our home alive. Over a period of weeks, we made several visits to the North West Piano Centre. My daughter, Emma, was instantly attracted to the UX5 but because it was a substantial purchase we felt we needed time to satisfy ourselves that it was the right piano for us. Nick was extremely welcoming and helpful from the minute we stepped in the showroom but at the same time he gave Emma the time and space to explore the wide selection of pianos available. Without hesitation, he reserved the piano for us and just asked us to let him know when we had made a decision. In the meantime, we visited several other piano retailers but could find nothing to compare. We asked Nick if he would mind if our piano tuner took a look at the piano to give us an independent view – Nick was more than happy to accommodate this. Our piano tuner spent a very pleasant afternoon looking at various pianos. He said he was very impressed with how they were setting up their instruments and would not hesitate to recommend them. He also confirmed that the UX5 was a very fine piano! So, after several weeks, we made a decision. At no point in the process did Nick chase us or push us to make a decision and he would only accept payment once the piano was safely delivered to our home and we confirmed that we were happy with it. Nick and Bernard were a pleasure to deal with and could not have done more to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
